Abstract "From the County of Middlesex in the Province of East New Jersey, but last from Staten Island, and now in Majorville(sic) on St. John River in Novascotia." St. John County records. Will dated 19 February 1784, proved 14 February 1786. Wife Phebe all my Right and Title to real and personal estate that I have or ought to have in the County of Middlesex, with "all my Right to the King's favour and all goods and chattels in Novascotia." After wife's decease, entire estate to Phebe JOHNSON, daughter of Abraham JOHNSON living in Middlesex and brother to my wife, and to Cornelius WILLSON and Phebe WILLSON, children of Robert WILLSON brother-in-law to my wife and living in Middlesex, to be equally divided among the three legatees. Wife Phebe MERSEREAU and Abraham JOHNSON executors. Witnesses: Lewis DUNHAM, Peter TAYLOR, Lewis DENNIS.
