Wife Gertrude MERSEREAU all real and personal estate during her life for the benefit of our children and grand-children. At wife's death, estate to be sold and divided between my two sons Laurence MERSEREAU and Andrew MERSEREAU. My apprentice William BROWN £86. My good and valuable friend Judith CODDINGTON(sic), late the widow TAYLOR, £10 if she should outlive my wife. Wife Gertrude MERSEREAU, son Andrew MERSEREAU and friend Gabriel DeVEBER Esq. executors. Witnesses: Judith CORRINGTON(sic), Gabriel DeVEBER, Gabriel DeVEBER Junr.
