Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Yeoman. Will dated 23 July 1821, proved 29 August 1821. Wife Margaret MILES property in Kings Ward for life, and after her decease to my youngest son Thomas MILES Junr. Lot 12 in Parish of Kingston, Kings County, sold to me by Thomas HUNT, to eldest daughter Nancy JORDAN, wife of David JORDAN. Daughter Margaret SULLIVAN, wife of Dennis SULLIVAN, Lot 13 sold to me by Thomas HUNT. Son Thomas MILES Junr. one half part of a certain Schooner or Vessel called "Nelson" now on a Voyage to the Bay of Chaleur. Servant Mary STRATTON, for her good behaviour and industry, £10. Sons John and Benjamin 5 shillings each. Household furniture to wife for life, divided at her decease among son Thomas and daughters Nancy and Margaret. Dennis SULLIVAN and Thomas MILES Junr. executors. Witnesses: John DeVEBER, John ROBINSON, W. B. KINNEAR.
