Abstract Parish of Shediac, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Died 19 January 1834 intestate. Administration granted 2 April 1834 to his nephew James MILNE. Fellow bondsmen William MILNE and William MILNE Junr., all of Shediac. Petition of William MILNE dated 2 April 1834 stated he was the only brother and next of kin of the deceased, but being advanced in years and infirm, renounced administration in favour of his son James MILNE. George HARPER, Robert HAMILTON and William LYON directed to appraise.
