Son James 100 acres of land, being the north half of Lot 16 with the house and barn. Wife Ellenor 100 acres, being the south half of Lot 16, to have and dispose of at her discretion, with one half of the sheep and the household furniture and the privilege of one third of the house. Wife Ellenor and son James MOOR executors. Witnesses: Hanford BOSTWICK, John BRITNEY. Inventory, dated 8 December 1820, valued at £413 by Hanford BOSTWICK and [Hamlon] BRADLEY.
