Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County. Intestate. Administration granted 6 March 1817 to the widow Mary MORRIS and Alexander McLEOD, merchant. Fellow bondsmen Jesper STYMEST and William TILL, all of the City of Saint John. Inventory, undated, valued at £615 by George TAYLOR, Lawrence DOWLING and Jesper STYMEST. On 1 August 1817 Thomas TURNEY attested, before Alexander McLEOD, Justice of the Peace, that he was present when David MORRIS and Mary COY were married by Rev. Wm. CLARK on 15 February 1793 at Gagetown.
