Should either nephew die before coming of age, legacy to be divided among the surviving brothers and sisters. Niece Catherine MURRY £10 at age 18. Should niece die before coming of age, legacy to be divided among the surviving younger brothers and sisters. Brother Charles MURRY residue of real and personal estate. Brother Charles MURRY sole executor. Witnesses: Samuel KILPATRICK, William KILPATRICK, John KILPATRICK. Reuben PECK, William KILPATRICK and Samuel KILPATRICK directed to appraise the estate.
