Abstract Parish of Hopewell, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 20 July 1814, proved 6 December 1814. Son James PECK my homestead improvements with other of my lands sufficient to make up two full third parts of all my real estate and all personal estate except household furniture. Grandson William PECK the remaining third of my real estate. Son Ezra PECK 5 shillings. Wife Lois PECK all household furniture and use of one-half of the house, a horse, two cows and £20 annually until daughter Amy attains age 18; thereafter, £15 annually. Daughters Lois CALKINS, Ruth PECK, Sarah SMITH, Caroline PECK and Amy PECK each £100. John COLHOON and Peter McCLELAN Junr. executors. Witnesses: Amy BENT, Thomas EASTERBROOKS, Ebenezer CUTLER.
