At her decease real estate to be divided, four-sevenths to son James W. PECK and three-sevenths to son Caleb PECK, they paying my four daughters, Syble, Mary, Elizabeth and Catherine, an equal proportion of what my property shall then be worth. Wife Rebeccah PECK and Thomas CARPENTER Senior executors. Witnesses: Alexander B. McDONALD, Michael CALLAGHAN, Joseph GREEN. Inventory, dated 11 October 1826, valued at £296 by Archelaus CARPENTER and Robert SMITH.
