Abstract Parish of Sheffield, Sunbury County, Yeoman. Will dated 25 September 1813, proved 16 August 1825. Wife Sarah use of one-third of estate. Son Daniel 20 shillings. Grandson Moses PERLEY, the son of my son Moses, late of Sheffield, deceased, land in Parish of Prince William, York County, purchased from my son Daniel. Daughters Rebecca PERLEY and Sarah PERLEY all my land in the Parish of Wakefield, York County, and £40 each. Daughter Eunice PERLEY £25. Daughter Mary BENNISON £40. Son Thomas all lands in Sheffield and two-thirds of livestock. Son Thomas PERLEY sole executor. Witnesses: David BURPE, Hannah PALMER, Nathan PALMER. CODICIL, dated 6 January 1824, land in Prince William bequeathed to grandson Moses PERLEY has been sold and instead bequeaths to him £120. Witnesses: David BURPEE, James TILLEY, James JONES.
