Abstract Parish of Hampton, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 9 April 1833, proved 13 June 1833. Mother Sarah RAYMOND to have the benefit of all the property as willed to me by my Father for life and at her death, my wife Joanna to have the use and benefit of the property until my son James comes to age 21, then the property to be his. Should James not live to age 21, the property to be sold and proceeds divided among my brothers and sisters eldest children, that is to Thomas RAYMOND, son of James RAYMOND, one share; Sally McCREADY one share; Sally PATTERSON one share; Sarah COALPIT one share; Charles GORAM one share; and Sarah FOWLER one share. Wife Joanna four cows and the household furniture. Rest of personal estate to be sold. Wife Joanna RAYMOND and friend Stephen G. FOWLER executors. Witnesses: John HUMBERT, William DeMILL, William EARLE. Inventory, dated 6 June 1833, valued about £375 by Ebenezer SMITH, Monmouth FOWLER and James SEDERQUEST.
