Abstract Parish of Gagetown, Queens County, Cordwinder. Will dated 13 October 1806, proved 13 March 1808. Advanced in years. Wife Lyda all real and personal estate while widow. After wife's death estate to children "unto Elias, Ebenezer, Bennitt and James a Doubble or two Shears of my Estate unto my Daughters namely Lydda, Mary, Sally, Betsey and Easter." Wife Lyda SCRIBNER, sons Elias and Ebenezer SCRIBNER executors. Witnesses: Solomon DINGEE, Samuel CLARKE, Arthur NICHOLSON. Inventory of estate in Gagetown, filed 14 March 1808, valued at £409 by Thomas HARTT and Peres GILBERT. Inventory of estate in Kingston, Kings County, filed 26 April 1808, valued at £105 by Ebenezer SCRIBNER and Hezekiah SCRIBNER.
