Sister Sarah MILLIDGE, wife of Thomas MILLIDGE Esq., one sixth part of parcel of land in Parish of Portland on and adjoining Portland Point (three sixths of which I hold, as tenant in common of the whole with my brother Charles SIMONDS by Deed from my father James SIMONDS Esquire). Brother Richard SIMONDS one third part of aforementioned property; all the lands I am seized in fee simple in the County of Northumberland; and £900 and my wearing apparel. Sister Ann SIMONDS £100. Mersey MILLIDGE, daughter of Thomas and Sarah MILLIDGE, £100. Harriet MILLIDGE, daughter of Thomas and Sarah, £50. Thomas MILLIDGE £75 in trust for his daughter Isabella to be paid to her at age 17. Smith Forsythe & Co. of Liverpool; my small collection of medals and portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte. Residue of estate to brother Charles SIMONDS. Charles SIMONDS sole executor. CODICIL dated 27 November 1819 stipulates terms of partition of the Portland Point property in event of death of Sarah MILLIDGE leaving any heirs under age.
