Brother Richard SIMONDS one third part of aforementioned property; all the lands I am seized in fee simple in the County of Northumberland; and £900 and my wearing apparel. Sister Ann SIMONDS £100. CODICIL dated 27 November 1819 stipulates terms of partition of the Portland Point property in event of death of Sarah MILLIDGE leaving any heirs under age.
