Abstract Parish of St. Stephen, Charlotte County. Will dated 1 January 1810. No record of probate in file. Will recorded on pages 156-158 of Charlotte County Record Book A, apparently between 5 September 1813 and 23 September 1813, with no record of administration. James and William LIBBY, minor sons of late friend Jacob LIBBY, my upper farm, allowing to Unity LIBBY the income of the farm while widow. Mary Simpson LIBBY lot in the Grant to Nehemiah MARKS and Others. If she die before marriage, her sisters Narmah and Susanah inherit the land. Rev. James McCALL 20 shillings per annum for three years. Unity LIBBY and William ANDREWS executors. Witnesses: Aaron ANDREWS, Nathan FRINK, Joseph N. CLARKE.
