Sons James Bissett SMITH and Isaac Selleck SMITH house and lot in Lombard Street No. 29 in the City of New York, with the rents that are due and $70.00 left in the hands of Betsy SCOFIELD, wife of Jesse SCOFIELD of the City of New York, being a note of hand of Henry BATES of Stamford. Should either son die under age and without lawful issue, the whole property to the survivor. Should both die without issue, the property to go to my husband, Robert SMITH of Sunbury County. Robert SMITH and John D'VEBER executors. Witnesses: James BISSET, Ichabod SMITH, Peter CAMPBELL.
