Son Robert SMITH all real estate, allowing my daughter Elizabeth £6 as long as she remains unmarried if she does not wish to live with him. Daughter Elizabeth a bed and bedding which is at Robert SMITH's and my riding saddle. Daughter Marey a bed and bedding and chest and trunk at John JAQUES. Daughters Margret Anne and Jean each 5 shillings. Son Robert SMITH sole executor. Witnesses: William COLPITTS, Alexander CAMPBELL, James LEMON (named in probate as "James LEAMAN").
