Abstract Parish of Hampton, Kings County. Will dated 29 November 1831, proved 26 June 1835. Son James 20 shillings over and above what I have given him by deed. Daughter Marey £50. Daughter Elizabeth 20 shillings. Daughter [Johannah] £50. Daughter Jemimey £50. Son Richard 20 shillings. Son Isiah(sic) a tract of land on the boundary line of a lot formerly belonging to my Brother Isiah now in the possession of Ebenezer SMITH. Two youngest sons John and Joseph remaining real and personal estate. Wife Marey one third of the profits arising from the estate. Son Richard SMITH, friend Ebenezer SMITH Esq. and my son John SMITH executors. Witnesses: Mary SMITH, William McLAUGHLAN, Philip MOSHER Senr. Inventory, dated 3 June 1835, valued at £1,154 by Jacob SHERWOOD, Benjamin SMITH and Simeon MALLERY Junr.
