Abstract Parish of Gagetown, Queens County, Yeoman. Will dated 15 April 1802, proved 25 September 1802. Wife Hannah all personal estate and the use of all real estate until children attain age 21. If she then remains my widow she to be paid £5 annually. The custody and tuition of my children, Charles William, Daniel Searing and John Marvin, to my wife. My three sons Charles William, Daniel Searing and John Marvin all real estate. As soon as sons Charles or Daniel attain age 21 executors shall make them an allowance of one third of the rents of my estate. Friend John YEAMAN Esq. and Captain Daniel BABBIT of Queens County and Captain Ichabud SMITH of Sunbury County executors. Witnesses: David BABBIT, Samuel MORTON, James PETERS. Inventory, dated 25 September 1802, valued at £139 by Richard L. CLARKE, Thomas CORY and Samuel MORTON.
