One-third of estate to children of my late son William. Sons James TAYLOR and John Francis TAYLOR each one-third of estate. My two sons and surviving partners in trade, James TAYLOR and John Francis TAYLOR executors. Witnesses: George J. DIBBLEE, James WILLOX, Francis BEVERLY.
