Abstract "Town or Parish of Lancaster," St. John County. Will dated 26 February 1801, proved 1 February 1809. Sons William and Samuel freehold property in Lancaster, William to assist Samuel to build a dwelling on east half of the property. Daughter Elizabeth the privilege of a home in my dwelling house, hereby devised to William, while she is single; 2 cows, bed and bedding, a mahogany dining table, 6 chairs, set of tea china consisting of 9 cups and 9 saucers, silver coffee pot and 6 silver spoons. Residue of estate to be divided between William and Samuel. Sons William and Samuel and son-in-law John COCKRAN executors. Witnesses: Thomas MENZIES, Thomas MENZIES Junr., Phebe MENZIES.
