Wife Mary all household furniture, the house in which I live, one horse, two cows, six sheep and all bonds, notes and debts due me for her life. Rector, Church Wardens and Vestry of the Parish of Sussex one acre of land now made use of for the purpose of "intering the Corps of my Neighbours." Rector, Church Wardens and Vestry of the Parish of Sussex one quarter acre of land to erect a school house. Residue of estate to son John Cougle VAIL, he paying his sisters Susannah and Ann the following legacies. Daughter Susannah, wife of Henry LEONARD Esq., £130 within eight years of my decease at the rate of £16 5s. per annum without interest.
