Wife Leah two cows, the use of the household furniture and all my land and buildings except three lots on Long Island in Hampstead to son Garret. After her death, the land to son William. Son Isaac the land he now lives on. Livestock to be divided among my sons. Sons Isaac VanWART and William VanWART executors. Witnesses: Elisha CASE, Elisha CASE Junr., Alexander KEVAND. Inventory of personal estate, dated 9 November 1801, valued at £180 by Stephen GOLDING and Joseph BULYEA.
