WARD having renounced on 14 September 1821 in their favour in the presence of Elizabeth COLMAL and Francis G. WARD. Fellow bondsmen Lauchlan DONALDSON and Isaac L. BEDELL, merchants. (There is nothing in the records to account for the discrepancy in dates.) Inventory, filed 15 February 1823, valued personal estate at about £180 by John WARD, L. DONALDSON and Benjamin D. KING, and real estate valued at £1,780 by the administrators.
