My dwelling and lot of land in Kings Street in the City of Saint John to grandson John Waterbury CUDLIP at age 21, reserving two rooms for my wife Priscilla. Wife Priscilla household furniture and the interest from £1,700 annually. Second grandson James Robert CUDLIP house and land in Tyng or Princess Street in Saint John at age 21. John W. SMITH, son to my wife Priscilla, lot in Saint James Street and a lot in Kings County at or near the French Village, the lot being formerly the property of my wife, and £200. Residue of estate to James and Rebecca CUDLIP, my loving children. Nephew John WATERBURY son of Nathaniel WATERBURY £50. James CUDLIP and William SCOVIL executors.
