Grand-daughters Mary TRUEMAN, Margaret CHAPMAN, Jane CHAPMAN, Susan FREEZE and Milkey CARTER the remaining fourth of all my property. My pew in the Methodist Chapel to be assigned as part of the property for my grand-daughters. Son George WELLS sole executor. Witnesses: Joseph AVARD Junr., [Olan] KING, Eliza AVARD.
