Wife Mary one-third of estate for life, the upper side of my farm, adjoining lands owned by Alexander DONALD, and at her death to son Elijah. Son Jacob 10 shillings. Son Elijah, in addition to the third part, 33 acres adjoining. Son Israel land between my land and land already owned by Israel. Daughter Nancy FISHER 5 shillings. Son Solomon half the remaining land. Daughter Mary £5. Son Nelson the remaining half of estate. Son Elijah sole executor. Witnesses: James HARRISON, Priscilla SWAN, Abraham ALLEN.
