Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County, Esquire. Will dated 28 January 1815, proved 20 February 1815. Wife Elizabeth the sole care and management of the plantation on which I now reside while a widow and after that only to have an equal portion with the children already setled(sic) to the amount of what they did inherit at their settlement. Sons William and Stephen and daughters Mary Hannah and Elizabeth and Martha have already received their portions. Children who are under age, Jacob, who has already received his portion as the eldest, "Esther Ebenezer John Abraham Van Gilder Ann Susannah Margaret Charles Arnold and if there should be any more hereafter" each to receive their portion when they come of age and their maintenance until that time. After wife's decease and children all come of age, £500 to the support of the Gospel according to the rules of the Church of England in this district, that is to say between Sand's creek and Young's creek on the east side of the Grand Lake. Wife Elizabeth WIGGINS, sons William and Stephen WIGGINS executors. Witnesses: David PALMER, Benjamin BAILEY, Christopher FOSS. Inventory, dated 16 February 1815, valued at £1,790 by Ebenezer SLOCUM, Benjamin BAILEY and William BRANSCOMBE, endorsed by Alexander MacPHERSON, clerk.
