Abstract Parish of Lincoln, Sunbury County, Esquire. Will dated 16 April 1814, proved 3 September 1814. Wife the use of one half of all real and personal estate for life in lieu of dower. Sons Malcolm, Samuel, John and Allen WILMOT each £30 after their mother's decease. Sons Samuel and John WILMOT land in the Township of Waterbury in the State of Connecticut sold to me by Barnabas BAULDIN of Ametry in the Township of New Haven, State of Connecticut, in consideration of their having remained with and laboured for me after they severally became of Age. Son William WILMOT one half of all my real and personal estate in New Brunswick and also the other half, bequeathed to my wife, after her death. Wife Elizabeth WILMOT and son William WILMOT executors. Witnesses: John HAYWARD, Stephen GLASIER, George HAYWARD Junr.
