Parish of Westmorland, Westmorland County, Widow. Will dated 29 August 1803, proved 4 February 1804. Alexander KINNEAR "so called" Lot 47 in the Township, my best gold ring, my black cow and 40 shillings due from James KAY. Grandson George KINNEAR "so called" my old oxen, my oldest cow, a feather bed and bedding and half of a twenty pound note to be kept at interest until he comes of age, he then to pay ten dollars to Mary Ann FINNY. My grandson Courtney KINNEAR "so called" my younger oxen, the red cow, my worst gold ring, a feather bed and bedding and one half of a twenty pound note to be kept at interest until he comes of age, he then to pay ten dollars to Mary Ann FINNY. George and Courtney KINNEAR Lot 47, Letter B, in Westmorland, with all the wilderness land, divided between them. Residue of personal property to be divided among my three grandsons Alexander, George and Courtney KINNEAR "so called." Mary Ann FINNY my wearing apparel.
