Résumé Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Widow. Will dated 3 February 1820, proved 17 April 1820. Son William two acres of upland adjoining land he now owns and seven acres of marsh adjoining James BULMER, he paying £10 per acre to my executors to pay my just debts. Daughter Rebecca two acres of upland lying between land sold to William BOWZAR (BOWSER?) and land sold to John UMPHREY. Daughter Sarah 40 shillings. Daughter Ruth £4. All to be paid when John comes of age. Son Thomas 12½ acres of upland, he paying £10 per acre when age 21. Daughter Ann £54 to be paid by my son Thomas. Son John the remaining part of my upland together with the Swamp on the North and ten acres of marsh adjoining land owned by George BULMER, he paying £10 per acre at age 21. I give to my Daughter Heneretta CORNFORD Elizebeth [Monys] [CORNFORT] £54 to be paid by my son John. Any residue of estate "to my Last Mented Daughter." Mentions four youngest daughters, Sarah, Ruth, Ann and Henerety. Nephew Benjamin C. SCURR land. Pew in the "Brick Chappel" to all my family. Son John sole executor. Philip PALMER and William CRANE Esq. trustees. Witnesses: John HARRIS, Benjamin BOWSER, Anthony LOW.
