Residue of estate to daughters Jane and Elizabeth. John TOMLINSON and Samuel HUTCHINS executors. Witnesses: John TOMLINSON, James MAXON. On 14 April 1804 the nearest of kin of the deceased were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to Joseph NUTTON of the City of Saint John. John TOMLINSON, the only surviving executor, renounced executorship, requesting Joseph NUTTING, carman, be appointed administrator.
