ANDREWS, a creditor, and Edward DeWOLFE, the widow Eliza BARBER having neglected to take the trust upon citation. Fellow bondsmen Samuel L. FRYE, physician, and Samuel James McMASTER, merchant, all of St. Andrews. Inventory, dated 11 September 1829, valued at £398 by Gilbert RUGGLES, William BABCOCK and Thomas SIME with the notation that "no account books later than 1822 have come to our view and are completely unable to form any correct idea of the true standing of estate."
