Abstract Memramcook, Westmorland County. Will dated 23 July 1832, proved 6 September 1832. Wife Elizabeth one third of real estate and at her death to son Frank except the marsh which must be divided in equal parts or shares between my children Joseph, Frank, Mary, Thaddy, David, Peter, Maximin, John and Margaret. Land on the road to Pierre-a-Michel village adjoining Peter LANDRY to son Frank provided he keeps the other children, except Joseph, with him. Sons Thaddy and Joseph land in Schadouck(sic) adjoining John BELLIVO, Peter BELLIVO and Amand BELLIVO. Peter LANDRY executor. Witnesses: Peter LANDRY, John BELLIVO, Ferdinand GAUVREAU.
