Abstract Parish of St. Stephen, Charlotte County, Shipwright. Intestate. Administration granted 31 December 1827 to Robert MILLIGAN, joiner, Prince Edward Island. Fellow bondsmen Henry O'NEIL and Thomas SHANNON, butchers, St. Andrews. James PARKINSON, Thomas JOHNSON and John TOWNSEND directed to appraise. Deposition dated 4 December 1827 by William SHARP of Township 17, Prince Edward Island, upwards of 58 years old, formerly resided in County of Dumfries, Scotland and knew Margaret and Alexander CAVAN, daughter and son of Nathaniel CAVAN and Margaret AFFLECK of Dumfries, and that the daughter Margaret CAVAN married Robert MILLIGAN, now of Township 17 in P.E.I.
