Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Cartman. Intestate. Administration granted 9 April 1831 to John CARROLL. Fellow bondsmen Peter McNAMARA and David SHEA, all of the City of Saint John. Petition for administration stated deceased had no kindred in the Province but two sisters resident in Ireland. Undated inventory valued at £39 by administrator and bondsmen consisted of a horse valued at £20, a watch, clothing, a harness and a sled.
