Sons Benjamin COVERT and George Barlow COVERT half the estate, the other half on wife's demise, and two Town Lots in City of Saint John. Son Daniel Colin COVERT £100 and a tract of unimproved land at [Ramshank] in Nova Scotia. Sons John COVERT and Isaac COVERT each £5. Servant girl Jane MASON a three year old heifer. Sons Benjamin COVERT and George Barlow COVERT executors. Witnesses: Samuel NEVERS Senr., Theodoras V. W. CLOWES, Gabriel DeVEBER.
