Wife Margaret my farm, Lot 11 on west side of the Cardigan Road, for life, and at her death to daughter Sally, but she not to sell or dispose without consent of Thomas DAVIES and William RICHARDS. Son John DAVIES and daughter Mary each £4 when daughter Sally is age 26. Thomas DAVIES and William RICHARDS appointed Trustees. Witnesses: Thomas SAUNDERS, Thomas DAVIES, William RICHARDS. Trustees named both declined executorship.
