JARVIS, William DEWER, Andrew [McCREADY] (as "Andrew McCURDY" in Record Book E). CODICIL dated 30 October 1827 property in Germain Street, purchased by Daniel PETTINGILL, shipwright, from the heirs of Stephen DEAN, deceased, to son Stephen Davis DURANT. Son to sell property within six months; £100 to son Stephen Davis DURANT, surplus to Daniel PETTINGILL. Witnesses: Horatio Nelson H. LUGRIN, George LUGRIN, Samuel [CABLE].
