Wife Mary one-half land leased from All Saints Church 15 May 1821, with the dwelling house; two shares in Charlotte County Bank; all household effects. Son William EILLS' wife, un-named, chest of drawers purchased from Ephraim WILLARD. Son William one share in Charlotte County Bank. Daughter Jane one-half land leased from All Saints Church and one-half land leased from James BOYD 17 August 1821. Rev. John CASSILIS, St. Andrews, and William DOUGLAS, Minister's Island, executors. Witnesses: Adam DICKEY, Charles GILLILAND, George D. STREET.
