Son Benjamin EMERSON an two lots of land drawn by Samuel LEWIS and two lots drawn by Ephraim EMERSON on condition of his abiding in the Country. My four grandchildren William DIXON, Charles DIXON, Hannah DIXON and Benjamin DIXON each 5 shillings. Residue of real estate to be sold and sent to my Wife and family in New England. Friends Robert ATKINSON and Isaac BRADSHAW executors. Witnesses: Christopher HARPER, John HARPER, Elizabeth HARPER. Inventory, dated 23 April 1806, valued at £96 by Nehemiah WARD and Joseph ESTERBROOKS.
