Wife Ruth entire estate for life, and at her death two-fourths of real estate to son John Estey EVERITT for his life, and at his death to be divided between my sons Thomas Carlton and Charles Duncan EVERITT. Sons Thomas Carlton EVERITT and Charles Duncan EVERITT each one-fourth of real estate. Wife Ruth and son Thomas Carlton EVERITT executors. Witnesses: William Dell HARTT, Joseph ESTABROOKS Junr., Ann ESTABROOKS. Widow Ruth EVERITT declined execution of estate.
