Abstract Parish of St. Martins, St. John County, "formerly Mariner but now farmer." Will dated 22 March 1824, proved 26 May 1824. To daughters Eliza and Jerusha and sons Alexander and Thomas the part of Lot 12 now in my possession when they come of age. Son William two-thirds of the farm I now live on and one-third to my daughter Caroline. Wife Lydia all personal estate with the benefit of the real estate while she lives and remains widow. Wife Lydia, nephew John FOWNS and friend Ebenezer VAUGHAN executors. Witnesses: David VAUGHAN, Eleanor Ann MARSTERS, Simon VAUGHAN. Inventory, valued at £233 by Daniel VAUGHAN, John MARSTERS and William HODGKINS, dated at St. Martins 26 April 1824, captioned "Inventory of the Personal Estate of the late William FOUNDS deceased."
