Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County. Will dated 29 June 1833, proved 26 December 1835. Wife Catharine FRAZEE entire estate for life. At her death William RILEY the blacksmith tools. Grand-daughter Sary RILEY a feather bed and bedding, a cow and four ewe sheep. Lewis DARLING 20 shillings. Residue of estate to Thomas FRAZEE, he paying the following legacies. "Timothy Joseph Morris and William twenty pounds to Each of them and my daughters Hanner Easter and Martha fifteen pounds Currency to Each of them." Friends Samuel GOSLINE, Joseph FOLKINS Junr. and Morris FRAZEE executors. Witnesses: James RYAN, Alexander McFARLANE, John KEIRSTEAD. Inventory, dated 28 December 1835, valued at £535 by Richard FOLKINS and Jacob [INNES].
