Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 30 December 1817, proved 3 February 1818. Wife the dwelling, land and furniture for life. At her death, estate to be divided among my three sons, Edward, Peter and John. Five daughters, Jane, Sarah, Maria, Mary and Elizabeth, each £16, a cow and two sheep on their marriage day. And "as my loving Wife Sarah at present thinks herself teeming, wether son or daughter it is to have provision made for it with my other sons and Daughters." Daughter Jane already married and to have a cow and two sheep immediately after my decease, the £16 within the year. The personal property that I have in the United States to be divided between sons Peter and John FRAZER. Wife Sarah FRAZER and my brother-in-law John BURGES executors. Witnesses: Oliver ARNOLD, Henry LEONARD, Robert WILLCOCK Junr. Inventory, dated at Sussex Vale 22 January 1818, valued at £365 by Richard ROACH and Edward BURGESS.
