One-half part of the house and leasehold premises which I hold in this City under a lease from James WHITE Esq. as arranged by a certain Agreement dated 11 January 1822 made between me and my son John B. GAYNOR, unto my daughter Ann GAYNOR and Catherine GAYNOR equally as tenants in Common, with all household furniture. Son John B. GAYNOR all my tools and stock in trade on condition that the same shall be in discharge of all claims which he may have against my Estate. Rest of property to executors to discharge any debts owing by me. Sons William GAYNOR and John B. GAYNOR executors. Witnesses: David S. MARSHALL, Stephen GEROW, Samuel CAIN.
