Will dated 3 February 1792, proved 4 July 1792. Executors to collect and sell all real and personal property. Son Henry GIFFORD £5 lawful money of Great Britain. Son-in-law Chapman JUDSON residue of the money that will be found with me or in my possession, also the legacies that are or may become due to me on the demise of Elizabeth GIFFORD, "commonly called Betty GIFFORD," in the Kingdom of Great Britain. Any other heir or heir at law one shilling if properly demanded. Son-in-law Chapman JUDSON sole executor. Witnesses: Samuel KETCHUM, William FROST, Christopher SOWER.
