Administration granted 18 July 1831 to John McMILLAN, Treasurer and Clerk of the Corporation of St. Andrews Church, the widow and next of kin failing to appear. Fellow bondsmen Samuel THOMPSON and David McMILLAN, all of the City of Saint John. Petition of George BURNS, Minister of St. Andrews Church, dated 1 July 1831, stated deceased was owner and occupier of a Pew in the Church and was indebted in the sum of £10 to the Corporation, being arrears of rent on the pew.
