Abstract Parish of Wakefield, York County. Will dated 6 October 1813, proved 20 March 1814. Wife Mary entire estate for life. After her death, land to eldest son Alexander. Sawmill and stream to sons Alexander and Robert, the lease to Samuel KEARNEY to be fulfilled. Three daughters Ann, Elizabeth and Louise each £5. Other four daughters Jane, Rebecca, Hannah and Mary each £2. If wife die before son Alexander of age, the property to remain in possession of any one of my three daughters, Ann, Elizabeth or Louisa, that may accept of it to take care of the younger children until he come of age. Wife Mary JENSON and James YORKE of Wakefield executors. Witnesses: William SIMPSON, N. RIDEOUT Junr., Ann MUNRO.
