Will dated 2 December 1833 at New York, proved at Saint John 20 March 1834. Wife Charlotte £1,000 in lieu of dower right, providing the estate realize the amount. Residue of estate equally to wife Charlotte and nephew Thomas Frederick LANGAN, nephew's portion to be given when he attains age 21. In the event of nephew's death, his portion to go to my sister Huldah LANGAN. James WHITNEY and John KERR, both merchants of the City of Saint John, and wife Charlotte LANGAN executors. Witnesses: Benjamin K. HOBART, Joseph CLARK, Charles R. GIBBONS, all residents of the City of New York.
