Abstract Parish of Westfield, Kings County. On 12 November 1824 the kindred and creditors of the deceased were cited to appear. Will dated 12 February 1820, proved 20 December 1824. "Last Will and dying Testament." Son James the lowest hundred acres of land. Remainder to be divided one hundred acres each to sons Robert, Charles, Isaac and Joseph. Wife Nancy LOGAN to have her living on the place. Daughter Sarah £10. All other heirs 5 shillings if claimed. No executor appointed. Witnesses: Nicholas BEANS, William LAWSON. Administration granted 20 December 1824 to Charles LOGAN and Isaac LOGAN. Inventory, dated 3 April 1827, listed only 300 acres of land valued at £150 by Nicholas BEANS.
